Installation and Project Management

CNS recognizes that every successful installation requires proper planning. With every network installation we develop an Implementation Model, which includes a detailed project schedule with tasks, responsibilities and dates for completion. As well we will take on the task of Total Project Management, if desired. This might include tasks that are normally the responsibility of the client, such as arranging for telephone service, Internet domain name registration or co-ordination of certified network cabling.
